Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications.

Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, occasional overtime on Fridays

Essential Functions:

  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for machine settings
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines for optimal performance
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Troubleshoot issues related to machine operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work Monday-Thursday, occasional overtime may be required

Education and Experience:

  • Knowledge of press brake tooling and maintenance
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Preferred: Certification or training in machine operation
  • Experience with CNC press brake machines
