Location: We offer flexible working arrangements across the contiguous 48 states, but we are particularly interested in candidates from the New England area.
The Role:
We are in need of a Senior Manager specializing in Philanthropy & Sponsorships. In this position, you will work closely with our team to drive community impact initiatives and engage our employees in meaningful ways. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will play a key role in managing corporate giving, volunteer programs, and sponsorships.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the planning and execution of external events focused on our philanthropic efforts in healthcare and community well-being.
- Act as the primary contact for employees involved in our charitable programs and volunteer activities.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and oversee digital marketing efforts related to philanthropy.
- Support the creation and distribution of branded content for various initiatives and maintain partnerships with community organizations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, check processing, and project management.
Your Qualifications:
- We're looking for outgoing, self-motivated individuals with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in volunteer management and knowledge of employee giving platforms is a plus.
- Experience working with community organizations is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, Bachelor's degree preferred.
