Role Overview
  • Manage an eCommerce customer portfolio autonomously
  • Enhance engagement levels to drive customer retention, net income, and customer lifetime value

Essential Qualifications
  • Preferably 2+ years of Sales experience, ideally in finance-related sectors, or Customer Success with a focus on finance, eCommerce, Wholesale, or related domains
  • Experience in Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC methodologies (Desired)
  • Demonstrated track record of surpassing targets
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a resilient approach
  • Strong sense of accountability and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills leveraging data for informed decisions
  • Experience in dynamic environments such as fast-paced/startup/scale-up settings with adept prioritization skills
