Essential Duties

- Provide exceptional member service in order to identify and understand their banking needs.
- Greet every member in a timely manner through the INTERACTIVE TELLER MACHINE, meeting established goals for service level agreements.
- Use a computerized system for customer verification, gathering relevant information to complete the transaction, validating information and processing transactions, such as, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and check cashing.
- Perform end of day balancing according to procedures. Adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with other members of the retail banking team to increase sales and enhance the overall member experience for members using the Interactive Teller Machines.
- Actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
- Ability to establish a rapport and build relationships through a virtual environment.
- Take complete ownership of every interaction whether it requires a call back, extended research, or assistance from other departments.
- Research and resolve complex member service issues.
- Educate members on the use of Interactive Teller Machines and provide technical support while utilizing the video banking technology.
- Maintain current knowledge of financial products, services, and delivery methods utilized by the Credit Union.
- Work with multiple software programs to complete transactions, and communicates with more than one member simultaneously.
- Represent the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner.
- Understand and utilize alternative delivery channels. Offer channels to meet the members changing banking needs.
- Order debit cards, ATM cards, check copies, and statements when requested.
- Utilize technology for lead generation, profiling, and consultative selling to enhance relationships.
- Demonstrate a high level of courtesy and efficiency with members by applying the "Guiding Principles."
Other Duties
- Attend conferences, seminars and training sessions relating to areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
