SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education and/or business experience equivalent to a Clinical Degree (RT/RN/PA) in a medical imaging or procedures-related field.
- Three years directly supporting imaging-based procedures.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years of experience in procedural-based medical settings.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze feedback in a learning environment to develop strategies for improving knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Thorough understanding of coaching and development techniques, along with the ability to implement a corporate clinical or sales preparation program related to Merit's products.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend complex issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate large-scale programs.
- Demonstrated computer skills, preferably in spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other applicable software programs.
