Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments using the Nutrition Care Process (NCP)
- Develop and implement individualized plans for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
- Perform Nutrition Focused Physical Exams (NFPE) to determine risk and/or degree of malnutrition
- Calculate nutrient requirements and necessary diet restrictions or food/drug interactions
- Utilize evidenced-based nutrition practice guidelines and Whole Health Principles to develop shared goals with patients
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credential
- Experience in clinical nutrition care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
