**Job Title: Community Connector Corps Member**

- **Youth Focused Programing:** Help nurture future leaders by supporting K-12 Cleveland Metropolitan School District students during the school day and in after-school and summer programs. Depending on your interests, work with one of NCA's partner host sites.

- **Older Adults:** Address social isolation in individuals aged 55+ by providing in-person and remote programs. Offer digital tech training, health and wellness activities, arts, gardening, book clubs, movies, and more. Depending on your preferences, work with NCA's IConnect program or Community Partnership on Aging.

**Member Duties:**

- **Youth Focused Members:** Assist K-12 students in out-of-school programming at schools and community/recreation centers. Tasks include academic support, arts/crafts, social/emotional skill-building, and activity supervision.

- **Older Adult Focused Members:** Help older adults enhance relationships through technology skills training. Provide in-person and remote programs to reduce isolation at senior living complexes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and community centers.

**Program Benefits:** Training, Education award upon successful service completion, Childcare assistance (if eligible), Living Allowance, Health Coverage.
