These programs directly impact the customer experience and enable Amazon Softlines to drive continued growth.

The team is responsible for onboarding error-free new selection, maintaining defect free product pages, and much more for Sports and Outdoors Apparel.

This Associate Program Manager will be responsible for setting program goals, diving deep to identify root causes of errors, sizing each root cause, and working with partner teams to update processes to prevent defects from occurring.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and moving quickly.
Job responsibilities

  • Identifying defects in Softlines inputs and proposing processes to find root causes and correct errors
  • Prioritization of program requirements and building consensus with cross functional teams
  • Influencing partner teams to enhance tools and systems based on program findings
  • Communicating team progress to broader organization and to leadership

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
