At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a specialist for forestry and landscape maintenance (m/f/d) for DB Fahrwegdienste GmbH in the Delitzsch, Leipzig and Torgau regions and beyond.
Your tasks:
  • Along our rail network, you independently and reliably carry out vegetation maintenance, thereby significantly contributing to safety in train traffic
  • You handle the chainsaw, brush cutter, various mulching equipment and specialized tools reliably
  • You safely fell designated trees and independently eliminate identified quality defects
  • Cleaning up cuttings is also part of your job
  • With your trained eye, you can quickly identify potential hazards in the vegetation
Your profile:
  • You are a trained forester, gardener in landscaping or have comparable several years of professional experience in the vegetation sector
  • You already have a chainsaw certificate or are willing to obtain one with us
  • You have a valid class B driver's license for daily travel to construction sites and transportation of our equipment
  • In order to safely carry out vegetation maintenance along the tracks, we will check your fitness as part of the selection process
