As Customer Business Manager, reporting to our Senior Director of E-Commerce, you will implement planning at the account level for , focusing on total volume and profit and building merchandising/media plans across our portfolio, including iconic brands such as Orville Redenbacher and Slim Jim.

What You'll Do:


Lead the development of account strategies and annual operating plans that deliver net sales, volume, and profitability goals while managing trade and marketing budgets.

Manage all account P&L levers including trade, marketing, deductions and other customer investments (i.e., Supply Chain, Retail Media, Data).Daily account management including sales, reporting, operations, forecasts, pricing, digital shelf, merchandising, promotions, and retail media.

Lead weekly calls with the Amazon Retail team and serve as the main contact across Retail, Ads, and In-Stock.
Work with the operations team to maintain healthy inventory levels, tracking fill rates and chargebacks.
Ensure sales forecast accuracy, working with teams across supply chain, business development and demand planning to meet customer expectations.

Leverage category leadership, business development, finance, and supply chain resources in the development and activation of customer category business plans, prioritizing assortment and launching innovation.

Manage retail media campaigns.

Work with partners on campaign setup and optimization (includes brand and SKU prioritization, keyword selection, and bidding allocations).Foster the growth of retailer relationships through knowledge sharing, joint planning and finding opportunities to test and learn together.

Manage internal processes and external vendors and agencies to ensure we have updated digital product content and data attributes for all of our relevant products across retailer.


What You'll Bring:


Bachelor's Degree required5+ years experience in sales or E-Commerce in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Fast-Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) or consumer durables industry.

Experience in P&L management, forecasting, with an ability to manage trade and marketing budgets.

Knowledge of retailer POS systems and metricsExperience using insights to build a strategic selling story, guiding growth across multiple brands and categories.

Understanding of customer distribution network and metrics (i.e. Fill Rate, Vendor Lead time, In-Stocks).Familiarity with digital vendors in content management, retail media, measurement, and analytics/sales optimization.
Understanding of E-Commerce fundamentals, including principles of assortment, search, content and digital marketing.
Experience reporting and presenting data to varying levels.

Project management experienceNumber of Days in Office: 3Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates.
