Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead a Small Team: Manage a small team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Deliver Contracted Services: Ensure the delivery of contracted services, including copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.
  • Assess Talent and Conduct Performance Management: Assess the skills and abilities of team members, conduct performance management activities, and provide employee counseling as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 Years of Work Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a related field, such as business operations, customer service, or team management.
  • Previous Managerial Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role is strongly preferred.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of customer-facing experience is required.
  • Technical Knowledge: A high level of knowledge and understanding of technology is required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Walking, Lifting, Bending, and Twisting: The ability to walk, lift, bend, and twist throughout the day is required.
  • Dress Code: A business casual dress code is required, with no jeans, T-shirts, or tennis shoes allowed.
  • Vaccination: The ideal candidate must be vaccinated.
