- Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain diverse lab environments.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing subject matter experts to gather requirements and create lab solutions.
- Test and document service limitations and their impact on end users.
- Provide network administration and support for different lab environments.
- Execute technical implementations and troubleshoot effectively.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical individuals.
Your qualifications:
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management and Okta products.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Solutions, including Active Directory, AD Certificate Services, AD Federated Services, Azure AD, and Azure AD Domain Services.
- Experience in configuring Hybrid Identity solutions (cloud + on-premises).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365/M365 and Google Workspace.
- Working familiarity with Identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and SCIM.
- Experience with Endpoint Management systems like SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and VMware for all device types.
- Basic knowledge of Windows server administration (DNS, Networking, File Services, DHCP).
- Ability to manage on-premises networks including Subnets, VPNs, and Firewalls.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP IaaS.
- Active Directory, AD Certificate Services, AD.
