The Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Technician will provide support services for the Vocational Evaluator (VE) Supervisor and Office VE Staff Members, including, although not limited to the following:

  • Labor Market Survey Research of Job Openings, Labor Market Statistics, Training, On-The-Job Training Programs, Vocational School Research.
  • Job Analyses Research and Reports
  • Scheduling of Interviews for Rehabilitation Clients
4: Contact with prospective employers, Interview follow-up contacts, Job Application Assistance, Job Seeking Skills Preparation.

5: Client Contacts, Attorney Scheduling Contacts, Proposed Dates Letters, Scheduling Letters, Zoom Meeting Scheduling, Observation of Vocational Evaluation Interviews.

6: Co-Author Job Analyses, Labor Market Survey (LMS) Research Reports, LMS Employment Opportunity Reports, Application Status Summary Reports.

7: Preferred Skills with basic vocational testing: TABE, WRAT, CareerScope, OASIS TSA, Purdue Pegboard and similar instruments.
