Job Description:
The Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) Product Line, within the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area, seeks an experienced Contracts Director to support a portfolio of programs, including classified projects such as LRASM and Dark Horse. The role involves a mix of Production and Development contracts as well as Other Transaction Agreements (OTA's).



Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of related experience
  • Excellent presentation, team-building, and leadership skills
  • Ability to effect and manage change
  • Motivational and visionary leadership skills
  • Experienced in prime and subcontract contracting life cycles
  • Expertise in various contract types and regulations
  • Strong management experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to pass a Special Background Investigation and hold necessary clearances
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of related experience
  • Strong presentation, team-building, and leadership competencies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and develop talent
  • Comprehensive contract life cycle experience
  • Familiarity with a variety of contract types
