Job Description:

  • Medical Technologist will perform all necessary laboratory testing in the detection, diagnosis, and prognosis of disease test for immunoglobulins, TTMs, glucose and basic chemistry panels.
  • STAT tests
  • Follow written lab procedures for the correct handling and processing of specimens.
  • Utilize ortho vitros and sysmex Xm instruments for hematology and chemistry testing.
  • Handle STAT samples of around 100 per shift.
  • Trouble shoot any laboratory machinery equipment.
  • Provide software analysis for all results.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related life science and/or combination of education and meets CLIA personnel standard criteria.
  • 1 year of CLIA lab experience.
