Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Post to Social Media (Instagram and Facebook) for multiple accounts including the Lakeside Kid's and Students platforms.
  • Manage the Social Media calendar including producing creative posts that help fulfill the vision of Lakeside Kids and Students.
  • Produce a social media breakdown plan for all planned posts a week in advance using Asana.
  • Create and post story graphics each week/Sundays and Wednesdays during or after our experiences.
  • Respond and engage with interactions and messages in a timely manner.
  • Update totals report weekly with online social media numbers.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stay current on Social Media trends, constantly look to grow and improve.
  • Conduct research of other likeminded churches regarding their approach to ministry excellence.
  • Work with the photography team as needed for requested photos.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Experience with various Social Media platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from various backgrounds.
  • Can communicate the vision of the Lakeside Church on various Social Media platforms.
  • Proven track record of effective time management.
  • Ability to quickly learn and excel in the use of technology.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively and produce excellence.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in editing and proofreading.
  • Trustworthy to keep confidential information.
  • Positive approach to problem solving. Must be solution oriented.
  • Selfled with a pursuit of excellence through attention to detail and followup.
  • Ability to strategically plan and market for major events and conferences.
