Our organization offers various forms of outreach family support and family therapy, reintegration management, individual care, and supported living for young people in challenging life situations.
Our Hückelhoven office is home to a small, rural team of eight employees, primarily focused on providing social pedagogical family support according to § 31 SGB VIII and educational assistance according to § 30 SGB VIII.
Your responsibilities will include:
Independently conducting ambulatory educational support services according to §§ 27 ff. SGB VIII with parents, children, and adolescents.
Supporting and accompanying young people in the process of becoming independent, demonstrating creativity in dealing with challenging situations.
Working closely with youth welfare offices, schools, and other institutions and being flexible in your working hours (mainly in the morning until late afternoon) according to the orders of the youth welfare office and the needs of the children, adolescents, and their families.
We value:
You are a state-recognized social worker (m/f/d) or social pedagogue (m/f/d).
A trauma pedagogical training, experience in systemic counseling, or a comparable qualification would be nice
