Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address insurance-related inquiries and provide solutions.
- Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage alternatives, recognizing cross-selling possibilities.
- Accurately process insurance policy applications, renewals, and adjustments.
- Initiate suggestions for additional insurance products based on client needs and preferences.
- Guide clients through the insurance claim filing process and offer continuous support.
- Interact with clients in the office, delivering personalized assistance and proposing relevant insurance products.
- Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and product updates to offer precise information to clients.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing education programs to uphold licensure and enhance job expertise.
Requirements
- Holder of a valid Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Prior experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer applications and insurance management systems.
- Comfortable engaging with clients face-to-face and delivering exceptional service.
