LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Leasing/Accounting Administrator role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, long term contract opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Enter new and/or updated commercial tenant & lease information into Yardi
- Perform file maintenance in SharePoint
- Process rent roll charges monthly
- Prepare tenant batch adjustments
Experience
- Minimum three years of commercial real estate lease administration experience required (particularly interpreting/reading leases)
Skills/Knowledge
- Solid Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge
- Proficiency using Yardi Voyager commercial real estate database
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Solid communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Education
- High school diploma
Work Hours/Pay Rate
- Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
- $24-26/hr.
