Requirements for Therapists:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment interventions

  • Handle crisis assessments and interventions


Qualifications:

Master's Degree or higher in mental health field, experience as a psychotherapist, and relevant training in mental health treatment are required. Licensure as LMSW, LPCA, or LMFTA is a must.

Compensation Range:
$60,496/yr min - $90,743/yr max, based on experience and internal equity policy adherence. Additional benefits and incentives available for eligible positions.
