Job Title: Licensed Therapist - Couples and Family Specialist

We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 098. As a Couples and Family Specialist, you will work with clients to assess various mental health diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and provide daily documentation. You will also engage in regular case consultations and clinical staff meetings, coordinate services with outside providers and internal Ellie providers, and complete all HIPPA training requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience working with couples and families in an outpatient setting
  • Full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology, and Electronic Health Record systems
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
  • Credentialed with insurance panels
