Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team in West Hartford, CT. As a Couples & Family Licensed Therapist, you'll work with diverse clients, assess mental health diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Responsibilities- Assess mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans
- Engage in regular case consultations and clinical staff meetings
- Coordinate services with outside providers and internal Ellie teams
- Complete HIPAA training requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral science
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in outpatient settings
- Full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
- Credentialed with insurance panels
