Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team in West Hartford, CT. As a Couples & Family Licensed Therapist, you'll work with diverse clients, assess mental health diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Our flexible work environment offers a base salary, commission, and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Assess mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans
  • Engage in regular case consultations and clinical staff meetings
  • Coordinate services with outside providers and internal Ellie teams
  • Complete HIPAA training requirements
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in outpatient settings
  • Full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
  • Credentialed with insurance panels
