  • Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure the property is wellmaintained and attractive to potential residents.
  • Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred.
