The Role

We seek an enthusiastic individual with a solid IT services background to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, with a proven track record in acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector, focusing on acquiring new clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to surpass revenue targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to finalizing contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailor-made solutions for clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies.

You Are:

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the IT services field, with a focus on BFSI.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Deep understanding of the BFSI sector, including trends, challenges, and regulations.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
