  • Complete customer applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify all necessary information before generating the lease.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and prospects.
  • Provide superior customer service both internally and externally.
  • Assist teammates and maintain detailed records.
  • Improve NPS and customer survey ratings.
  • Identify growth opportunities and innovations.
  • Perform additional assigned duties.
