About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
