Your Impact:

As an HRBP, your role will be pivotal in nurturing talent within the organization, serving as a crucial advisor to both employees and leadership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, delivering impactful HR solutions and initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Offer HR support to a broad employee base, emphasizing labor relations, including effective negotiation and maintaining positive relationships with union representatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify talent management needs, focusing on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Lead initiatives in leadership development and employee retention, ensuring alignment with the performance-driven culture.
  • Exhibit a strong focus on labor relations and union interactions, fostering constructive partnerships and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 4 years of HR-related experience especially in environments with significant labor relations and union components.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive background in labor relations and experience with union relationships are crucial.
  • PHR or SPHR certifications are considered an asset.
  • Candidates should thrive in a performance-driven environment, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges and adept problem-solving skills

Additional Information:

  • Compensation: Base Salary Range $75,000 - $96.5K, with a performance-based bonus of up to 15%. (Please note: no flexibility above initial range)

  • This role is 100% onsite at our client's office in Detroit-Romulus, Area.
