About the Job:

  • Communicate with guests, external contacts and the general public to assist with inquiries, requests, and scheduling matters in-person, over the phone and email using strong professionalism.
  • Analyze current office, HR, and operations functions and assist with adopting new more efficient systems when necessary.
  • Maintain an up-to-date awareness on the status of projects to answer client questions and pro-actively resolve issues.
  • Prepare documents for upcoming meetings, update the team on approaching deadlines, and follow-through with appropriate action items.
  • Pro-actively manage vendor relationship.
  • Help plan internal and external events for the team.
  • Support executive staff members with special assignments and project-management tasks.
