This role involves conducting workshops, coaching sessions, and virtual support for clients, both in person and remotely. Travel and remote work are part of the job.



Essential Job Functions:
  • Deliver Fundations and Just Words professional learning programs to teachers and school staff
  • Conduct Wilson Reading System workshops and certifications if eligible
  • Collaborate with school administrators to schedule services
  • Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions following set guidelines
  • Provide in-classroom coaching and certifications
  • Support teachers in goal setting and certification visits
  • Offer virtual support through designated platforms
  • Maintain regular office hours to assist participants, respond to inquiries, and attend meetings
  • Coordinate travel, expenses, and updates for learning delivery
  • Collaborate with Wilson field consultants to implement programs effectively
  • Represent Wilson at conferences and events nationwide
  • Enhance presentation and coaching skills with the Professional Learning Implementation Leader
  • Stay informed about educational trends and activities
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate and uphold the values of the organization
  • Perform other duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
  • Current Wilson Reading System Level II Certification
  • Five or more years of Fundations teaching experience
  • Just Words facilitator or presenter credential preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 70% weekly
  • Willingness to engage in required coaching and training
  • Proficiency in structured literacy teaching
  • Background in literacy and strong presentation skills
  • Experience mentoring and guiding educational professionals
  • Organizational and scheduling abilities
  • Knowledge of literacy issues and working with administrators
Education or Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, required
  • Master's degree in Education or related field, preferred
  • Specialization in Reading a plus
