Who You Are
Our team is seeking a game-changing software engineer to help develop & implement advanced digital signal processing algorithms within high-performance heterogenous compute environments.
In this role, you will serve as a software engineer on a product team dedicated to architecting, prototyping, & demonstrating Radar, Electronic Warfare, & Communications multi-function processing algorithms & capabilities.
Please Note:
This position requires a government security clearance at the Top Secret level; you must me a US citizen for consideration.
A level 5 employee is typically a subject matter expert and has 12 to 14+ years of professional experience.
What You Will Do (The Work)
- Collaborate with products teams prototype & demonstrate multifunction sensor processing technologies
- Develop signal processing chains for execution in highperformance heterogeneous compute environments
- Deploy signal processing algorithms through CUDAbased pipelines to meet project requirements
- Utilize expertise in digital signal processing, C++, & CUDA to optimize performance for applications
- Design & implement software & heterogenous computing architectures

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- Minimum of 1214 years of relevant development experience
- Expertise in C, C++, & Python
- Experience using Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA) for Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) acceleration
- Prior software architecture & processing architecture role(s)
- Active or ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
- Ability to support up to 10% travel
- Master's degree or higher in relevant field
- Experience with embedded software development
- Experience working with heterogenous computing environment architectures
- Understanding of Radar, Electronic Warfare, Communications systems
- Familiarity with softwaredefined radio (SDR) concepts & implementation
- Expertise in digital signal processing & algorithm development
- Experience in developing CUDAbased signal processing pipelines
- Prior experience in the defense industry or related field
- Knowledge of Agile & DevSecOps methodologies
- Demonstrate verbal & written communication skills

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
