Senior Compensation Analyst

Essential Functions:
  • Evaluate and benchmark positions globally to ensure competitiveness
  • Collaborate on wage structures and rewards programs aligned with company goals
  • Prepare detailed analyses on existing compensation programs
  • Lead compensation initiatives and recommend changes
  • Provide expertise on regulatory compliance and market trends
  • Assist with annual compensation planning cycles
  • Mentor other team members and support projects
  • Comply with company policies and rules

  • Handle other assigned responsibilities
Education & Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Preferred:
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of compensation experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Business Suite
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
  • Experience with HCM Oracle Compensation Module and Reporting
  • Familiarity with compensation tools and systems
