Job Title: Client Advisor

The Client Advisor's main focus will be on nurturing existing business relationships while also expanding the customer base within a specific Named Account List comprising Fortune 1000 companies.

In this role, you will engage in discussions with technology C-level executives regarding digital transformation, agility, and cybersecurity, using our professional services and solutions.

Collaborating with our Sales Leadership, Internal Support, and Training and Development Teams, the Client Advisor will be empowered to promote Stratascales Innovative Solutions and World Class Support to their Target Customer List.

This remote position requires a dedicated home office setup within the state of New Jersey to meet business requirements.

This role involves outside sales, where the Client Advisor is expected to spend at least 50% of the time outside the office interacting with current and potential clients, discovering new opportunities, networking, and following up on leads. A self-driven individual comfortable with minimal supervision is ideal for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing business with existing and new customers through targeted sales strategies like Cold Calling, Customer Meetings, Networking with Partners and Industry Peers
  • Identifying, Creating, Managing Opportunities in the Sales Pipeline to meet Sales Targets
  • Understanding Customer Business Objectives and IT Priorities
  • Promoting Stratascale/SHI Portfolio of Products, Solutions, Services, and Capabilities
  • Leading the sales of Professional Services and Solutions related to digital transformation
  • Building and nurturing Strategic Relationships with current and potential customers
  • Working closely with Pre and Post Sales Internal Support Teams
  • Staying updated on industry trends, products, and market conditions
  • Achieving or surpassing sales targets by selling company offerings to both new and existing clients
  • Traveling within the designated sales territory to engage with customers and attend company events

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience in direct outside sales or Account Executive positions
At least 5 years' experience working with Large Enterprise clients in successful sales roles related to Cybersecurity Professional services, Cybersecurity Managed services, App Modernization, Automation services, and Cloud consulting services
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong skills in prospecting, Strategic Account Planning, and Solution Selling Acumen
Experience in leveraging existing CXO relationships in targeted accounts

Unique Requirements:
This position mandates at least 50% time spent outside the office meeting clients
Travel to company events and meetings is mandatory

Additional Information:
The estimated annual pay for this role ranges from $100,000 to $400,000, inclusive of base salary and commission. Compensation is subject to individual qualifications, experience, and market location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
