Responsibilities as a Home Instead Care Professional:

  • Provide companionship and engage in conversations
  • Assist with meal preparation and cleanup
  • Help with personal care tasks like bathing and grooming
  • Assist with toileting and incontinence care
  • Perform light housekeeping duties
  • Take care of pets
  • Drive clients to appointments and help with errands
No prior professional experience necessary; we offer paid training.

Salary: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour

Available Shifts:
  • Daytime shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours between 7:00 am - 11:00 pm
  • Overnight shifts from 8 to 12 hours between 9:00 pm - 9:00 am
  • Both weekday and weekend shifts are open

Available after one year of employment and meeting eligibility criteria:

Job Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach

  • Travel within a 30-mile radius of your home in Madison County, IL
