Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Compliance Specialist, we know you're polished, engaging, and energetic. You like people and you're pretty darn good at customer service.

You enjoy putting your detail-oriented skills to work and have a minimum of 2 years of current or previous Affordable Housing/Tax Credit compliance.

This position is offering $26.50 per hour plus benefits.

What We'd Love for You to Bring to the Table as a

Compliance Specialist:


You are well versed in all things Affordable Housing such as determining eligibility; securing 3rd party verifications; calculating household incomes to determine eligibility; completing Tenant Income Certifications;and completing compliance reports as required by the Regulatory Agreement.

You've got computer skills (who doesn't?) and you're very familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

If you have a Tax Compliance Certificate, we want to speak with you If you have Yardi Voyager experience, that's an extra brownie point for you Your California Driver's License is up to date as is your car insurance.

Your driving record is something you're proud of, even if it's not perfect. You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. If you have a college degree, we're impressed.
