What You Will Do:

  • Performs operational support duties, inclusive of the timely and accurate review and processing of periodic requests.
  • Assists with training and developing associates as-needed
  • Independently prioritizes tasks in order to meet deadlines and ensure consistent adherence to established SLAs.
  • Maintain document imaging using FCM ImageCentre and consistent indexing and filing
  • Verify various new customers, new accounts and maintenance reports
  • Follow up with offices to ensure documentation is received for reports as-needed
  • Assist with CRM cases from external offices on various requests
  • Maintain consistent and concise communication with clients, associate and department heads
  • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company's Intranet;
  • Execute and settle both domestic and foreign bound (US Dollar & Foreign denominated) transfers via the core wire transfer system
  • Execute trace requests amendments, and retrieval of funds as requested
  • Produce disclosure for consumer remittance transfer according to Reg E and Dodd Frank Regulations
  • OFAC Review
  • Client wire transfer call back verifications
  • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
  • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
  • Complete all assigned training on time.
  • Embrace and adhere to First Western's Core Values
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to communicate clearly to various levels within the organization
  • General knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry is preferred
  • Basic analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Resiliency and ability to work in a highly time-sensitive environment.
  • Adaptability and comfort with periodic change.
  • Ability to work independently to gather information.
  • Ability to sit at a computer monitor for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and arm movements.
  • Ability to lift up to 15lbs.
  • Ability to reach, squat, bend, and manually manipulate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to drive to various locations (certain positions only).
