Driven by Enovis' desire to create innovative products that help improve quality of life and restore movement to those suffering from degenerative arthritis, Enovis Surgical provides orthopedic surgeons with modern, patient-focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty. Partnerships with key surgeon consultants help provide advanced and proprietary patented solutions, including EMPOWR 3D Knee, the only dual-pivot knee system on the market, and AltiVate Reverse Shoulder, a market-leading system, based on the design principles of the RSP Shoulder, which has demonstrated excellent clinical outcomes at 10 years.

Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today's changing healthcare environment.

Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a key liaison between employees and management, providing support and guidance on a wide range of HR-related matters. This position combines the responsibilities of a traditional HR Generalist with a focus on employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and effective resolution of workplace issues.

This is an on-site position that will require the candidate to be in the office 5 days a week, and ability to support off-shift employees on a once a week schedule and as needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Participate in the recruitment process by partnering with Talent Acquisition and Management in posting job openings, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities.
  • Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching discussions.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives, assess training needs, and facilitate employee development programs.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Assist in implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and support decision-making processes.
  • Employee Relations Management: Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, conflicts, and conduct thorough investigations as needed.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
  • BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-4 years of HR experience, or related degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with employees and management.
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Detail oriented.
  • High level of comfort dealing with ambiguity.
  • Self-starter.
