As a Branch Manager you would manage the day-to-day office operations and lead the staff in representing the company through superior customer service. Candidates must utilize a common-sense approach, possess critical thinking skills, ensure the delivery of superior client services, hold the staff accountable and serve as a coach/mentor using a straight-forward communication style.

Job Duties include:

  • Managing the day to day workflow of the branch office
  • Hands-on management, directly overseeing the quality of matches made between clients and caregivers by office staff
  • Ensuring timely quality assurance calls are made by self and staff to clients to ensure that optimal levels of service is being provided
  • Mentoring and fostering growth of internal staff
  • Ensuring both future and last-minute/short notice staffing needs are covered by our caregivers
  • Handling all escalations or concerns regarding clients or caregivers
