Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of highly motivated Sales Reps in NC, SC, and TN.
  • Develop a strategic business plan to meet revenue goals.
  • Build relationships with prospects, partners, and customers to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Hire, develop, and retain sales talent through coaching and mentoring.
  • Manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Prospect and develop partner resellers.
  • Participate in marketing program planning and execution.
  • Interface with headquarters to coordinate sales and marketing activities.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Set priorities, meet goals, and commitments consistently.
  • Other duties as assigned.
