What will I be doing?Provide oversight of clinical service provision for the team including quality documentation, proper use of authorizations, and educating on best practice Provide orientation and training to staff and interns, as well as ongoing coaching and one on one support Lead treatment team meetings, assigning cases, and identifying hiring needs Monitor high risk clients and providing guidance and support when crises occur Assist PD in development and strategic planning for growth Ensure compliance with all state regulatory requirements and accreditation processes Assist with any grievances and disseminating important communication with team members, clients, and community partners Am I a good fit?Strong communication and listening skills, exemplary time management and ability to coach, lead, and motivate others Passion for helping lead others in improving the lives of those in our communityAbility to remain up to date on current counseling modalities and ability to disseminate this information to the staffAbility to assist program director in identifying operational solutions to ensure high level Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling or social work field. Full licensure preferred. 3 or more years of experience working with children or families (may include volunteer experience). Leadership experience preferred.
