Position Overview: The Clinical Unit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated clinical unit during a specific shift. This role involves supervising nursing staff and ensuring effective communication with healthcare providers and administrative personnel to deliver exceptional patient and family-centered care.

- Directs and coordinates the activities of the clinical unit, ensuring optimal patient care delivery.
- Acts as a catalyst for change, leading initiatives that enhance organizational systems aligned with the department's mission and values.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least two years in the relevant specialty.
- Valid and active nursing license or temporary permit as approved by the relevant licensing board.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification may be necessary in specific departments.
- Internal candidates must fulfill specific criteria within the designated timeframe.
