You will be the knowledge expert on the clinical application of Philips' integrated maternal health solutions and will drive the design of our clinical maternal health programming.

The Maternal Health team is building upon these assets and connecting dots across businesses to create unified and differentiated maternal health solutions – all in service of helping our customers tackle their most complex maternity care challenges.


Your role:
In this highly collaborative role, you'll work cross-functionally to define and execute the maternal health clinical solution offering roadmap.

This includes designing the overall strategy for participant and clinician engagement, and defining the clinical components and structure for our maternal health programs.

You'll be customer-facing from the start, supporting both clinical sales and customer training.
You'll keep the team up-to-date on emerging clinical issues. This means engaging with the clinical community and establishing Philips as a thought leader in the maternal health space.

You're the right fit if:
You are a RN or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with 3+ years of obstetrics or maternal fetal clinical experience.
You have an interest in telehealth, remote monitoring and/or home-based pregnancy management.

Bonus points for experience developing clinical operating procedures in an industry role such as operations, consulting, or business development, and/or experience working for U.S.

payers and health plans.

You have excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills including the ability to interact with executive level management and customers.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

You have the ability to travel 15% annually.

The pay range for this position is $109,000 to $187,000, annually.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.

Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
