Experience in maintenance management or suitable experience in residential repairs a plus Customer Service experience helpful Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff Ability to schedule and estimate workers hours and requirements to complete tasks General maintenance and repair knowledge helpful but not required Local area knowledge Two years' experience in administrative support Proficient with Microsoft Office Knowledge of the Internet and email Exceptional customer service ability Organized and high attention to detail Growing company with great future opportunity. Compensation: $ $21.00 per hour
