Role Summary:
The selected candidate will serve as a vital link between the City and the operational requirements of its leased and owned properties. This role is crucial in ensuring that both the physical environments and their financial outcomes are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collection of rents and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.
- Oversee daily maintenance operations to guarantee the security and upkeep of City-owned properties.
- Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
