  • Administer and oversee contract monitoring, administration, and compliance for renewable energy projects exceeding $100M each.
  • Resolve contract payment disputes and communicate with contractors and other departments regarding payments and compliance.
  • Implement and interpret policies and procedures, develop new procedures as needed.
  • Maintain electronic file management for all contract-related documents.
  • Coordinate the flow of construction documents and communicate issues to management.
  • Provide training and mentorship to construction team members on contract management.
  • Track and report on contract compliance for engineering and construction contracts.
  • Collaborate with various teams to prepare contracts and exhibits for the RFP process.
  • Ensure all project documentation related to contracts is organized and stored appropriately.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Construction Contract Administrator.
  • Proven track record in handling large construction contracts ranging from $5M to $200M.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience negotiating third-party contracts.
