Description: In this role, you will be responsible for serving both large and small format customers, ensuring our products are sold to set standards to boost company sales and profits.

  • Maximizing sales and distribution by collaborating with customers to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Store Management to accurately order the right products for each location.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues on pricing, products, and any issues that may arise.
  • Negotiating and ensuring compliance of Customer Marketing Agreements to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Coaching and developing employees to ensure job duties are performed to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of a 2-year Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3 years in a related field/previous retail management experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; previous VIP experience preferred.
  • Certificates & Licenses: Valid driver's license and insurability to operate a vehicle.

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of retail sales, beverage industry, and standard selling practices.

  • Ability to work independently, multitask, communicate effectively, and solve problems.
