The primary role of this position is to be the go-to expert for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and acting as the main point of contact. Key responsibilities include coordinating annual renewals, preparing for client meetings, managing databases, and supporting overall client satisfaction.

  • Follow operational processes to deliver top-notch service and meet client expectations
  • Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements for record keeping
  • Handle client requests promptly and professionally
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and stay updated on market trends
  • Negotiate best coverage options with insurance providers
  • Attend agency training and meetings
  • Requirements include a High School Diploma, 2+ years of experience in a related role, and a Property & Casualty license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service

Starting Salary: $30.00/hr.
