The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

Reviewing and evaluating applications and resumes;Scheduling and conducting telephone and onsite interviews;Maintaining recruiting records and documentation;Verifying employment references;Managing background checks;Managing multiple requisitions and utilizing reports;Coordinating and assisting with career fairs;Assisting with employee engagement events;Assisting with recruitment efforts in various city and states as needed;Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers;Completing other departmental duties as assigned.

Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources or a related field (required);At least one year of recruiting experience (preferred);Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel);Experience with recruiting metrics (preferred);Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred);Excellent time management and organizational skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;Ability to work both independently and with a group;Occasional travel required.
