KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a top-tier team by hiring, managing, and mentoring department heads.

  • Oversee franchise development, ensuring full territory coverage in the US and Canada.

  • Establish strong relationships with franchisees to support their success.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reside in Kansas City.
  • Minimum 10 years in B2B leadership with IT skills.

  • Dedicated to City Wide Facility Solutions and aligned with company vision.
  • Optimistic, adaptable, and a continuous learner with leadership skills.

PREFERRED:

  • Franchising experience, international exposure, and private equity knowledge.
