As the Electronic Services Coordinator you will be responsible for the assigned administrative duties in the Electronic Services Department (E-Branch). You will handle processing, inquiries, and adjustments for plastic cards, mobile banking, and various electronic services and products.

Who You Are
  • A collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to read and interpret loan documents and related regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to organize and prioritize workflow.
  • Knowledge of Windows based software and other applications.
  • Able to perform intermediate mathematical functions.
What You'll Do
  • Resolve account holder issues related to card adjustments, usage, disputes, and lost or stolen cards.
  • Assist with opening online accounts.
  • Serve as backup for other department duties.
  • Work with branches on ATM-related issues.
  • Answer online banking and card inquiries.
Education and Experience
  • 2 years experience in a financial institution or lending environment required.
  • Digital banking experience helpful
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Any combination of education, training or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to performs the essential job functions
