Position Overview: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer accounts and maintain database accuracy
  • Track account information for discrepancies and overdue payments
  • Investigate and rectify payment issues
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure precise customer receipts and account reconciliations
  • Develop and disseminate procedural documentation for accounts receivable operations
  • Analyze AR aging reports and provide insights to management regarding overdue accounts

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficient in resolving accounts receivable challenges and adhering to deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • A collaborative team member with outstanding organizational and analytical capabilities
